LOCATION/TERRAIN
Keizer is bordered by the Willamette River on the west, Interstate Highway #5 on the east, the City of Salem on the south and by relatively flat agricultural land to the north. The elevation is 132 feet above sea level at the intersection of River Road and Chemawa Road.
