The Course In the heart of Keizer, Oregon the start/finish for the 5k Run/Walk is next to Wittenberg Inn. The course is primarily flat and will go "out and back" on River Road along the Festival Parade route. Children and spectators waiting for parade will cheer participants on. Parade will begin after the completion of the Run/Walk and the Mayor's Kids & Pets 1 Mile Walk.
